With our 77,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing floor
space and over 125 employees, ATS is the largest
company within the TSG network.
ATS is focused on the building and repair of
medium to large progressive, transfer, and line
dies.
We have (6) tryout presses ranging in size
up to 1,300 tons (100" x 180" bed
with a 72" wide coil feeder).
ATS runs a lean tooling manufacturing facility
with focus on standardized work and waste elimination.
We design our tools in full 3D solids with
CATIA V5 or Unigraphics software.
Virtually every part is run through draw simulation
(Autoform Software) as part of our standard
design & engineering process.
