For one-off parts and low-volume orders, our in-house contract machining provides a quick turn-around and works like an extension of your company.

If we see that conditions are right to justify a customer purchasing their own machinery to bring the work in-house (or if they want a machine right from the get-go), we are there to offer our expertise and sell the right machines for the work.

Contract Machining Services

Our machining specialty is intricate, highly detailed, and close-tolerance metal parts. Dealing mostly with harden steel and other ferrous metals, we also have experience with titanium and various exotic metals. Plus, with our Brown & Sharp, we can ensure our parts meet specifications with our computer operated CMM.

• Wire EDM: 41.3" x 31.4" x 11.6"
• CNC Sinker EDM: 31.4" x 21.6" x 9.8"
• Small Hole EDM: .014" to .125" Diameter Range, and Up to 12" Thick
• High Speed CNC Mill: Up to 80" of Travel
• Water Jet: 120" x 66" x 6"
• CMM: 25" x 39" x 25"
