The glue that ties all of our companies together is our corporate headquarters, Tooling Systems Group. Corporate manages the communication of information and maintains direction throughout the group; keeping the work moving smoothly from behind the scenes.

Housed under the corporate roof is:

Training and Welcome Center

Within our beautiful Belmont office, we are fortunate enough to have the room to host training sessions and seminars. With the largest accommodating 30 people comfortably, our 3-conference rooms serve as an excellent backdrop for training TSG staff, as well as a place to have our clients kick back and soak in information with the group.

Sales and Marketing

The TSG does so much that just looking at us from the outside can make your head spin. Our sales and marketing team will help you to understand what the group does and how they can help you with your project. Along with their years of experience and contacts in manufacturing, they are cross trained on the group’s diverse capabilities and will get you in the right direction.

As well as being the source for information on the group, the sales team is also the contact point for Requests for Quote (RFQs). They direct incoming requests to the proper companies in the group, follow up with quotation, and communicate with you and our companies to keep everyone in the loop.

Corporate Purchasing

At TSG, we have adopting a centralized purchasing model, for our stamping die companies, which has increased our efficiency and power. Using centralized purchasing allows us to:

• know which products will meet the needs of the job, at an appropriate price.
• share results with all companies for best practices.
• leverage the volume of orders from our die shops for highly competitive pricing.
• bring the best timing and savings to our customers.

Management

While individual companies Presidents operate out of their respective companies, TSG management serves as the cornerstone in bringing all of the companies together. In looking for improvements, analyzing and implementing best practices, and administering business, legal, and financial relations in the group, TSG management keeps the group running at optimum ability.
