Advanced Tooling Systems

Quality. Right from the start.

From humble beginnings in 1983, Advanced Tooling Systems, Inc. (ATS) has grown to be one of the most respected tool and die companies in the world. As the flagship facility of the Tooling Systems Group, ATS laid the groundwork for the philosophy of how tooling should be built and service is rendered to customers.

Catering to its global customer base of automotive, appliance, and other industrial part manufacturers, ATS employs its ISO 9001:2000 certification to provide the highest level of quality to its dies and tooling.

Focus

ATS designs, builds, re-engineers, and services medium to large sized sheet metal stamping dies and tooling.

With several thousand dies under its belt, ATS has experience with:

  • progressive, transfer and line stamping dies.
  • deep draws, complex extrusions, and over bends.
  • standard, sound deadening, head shield, and heavy thickness materials.
  • integration into automated assembly lines.

Also, ATS has the know-how to give stampers the most out of their dies.

  • Dies that produce with little downtime
  • Easy to follow, meaningful project management and preventative maintenance
  • Unmatched speed of tool and die build
  • Impeccable quality

To see some of our dies and end parts we have made, see our gallery of recent work below. Also, for more information about stamping dies, learn about that and the other stamping die companies in the group on our Stamping Dies section.
