Eagle Industrial Group Federal, LLC (EIG) President Chad Boersma has a unique background. He has spent most of his life around the tool, die and machining industry. After serving four years in the USMC, Chad brought his tooling and military experience together to start EIG to provide contract machining and part production solutions for defense sustainment issues and supply to manufacturing at large.
