Concept Tooling Systems
Welcome to CTS - Concept Tooling Systems, Inc. We operate
within a 3,000 sq. ft. facility and employee approximately
(16) associates. We are located on the NW end of Grand
Rapids, MI.
CTS is a TSG company that opened its doors in August
of 2005.
CTS will design stamping tools in full 3D solids with
Unigraphics NX4 or Catis V5 software.
Virtually every part is run through draw simulation
as part of our standard design & engineering process.
Start with product data CTS will:
• Process the product
• Create Strip / Flow Chart
• Surface for Simulation
• With all this information we design a 3D tool
to customer specific needs and standards
CTS can also modify your current design for a tool
that requires an engineering change.
