Welcome to DTS - Dienamic Tooling Systems, Inc.
We operate within a 25,000 sq. ft. facility
and employee approximately (50) associates.
We are located 25 miles West of Knoxville, TN.
DTS is a TSG start up company that opened doors
in May of 1997 for the purpose of supporting
the South Eastern United States region.
We focus on the building and repair of small
to large progressive, transfer, and line dies.
We have (3) tryout presses ranging in size
up to 2,500 tons (100" x 220" bed).
DTS runs a lean tooling manufacturing facility
with focus on standardized work and waste elimination.
We design our tools in full 3D solids with
SolidWorks, CATIA V5 or Unigraphics software.
Virtually every part is run through draw simulation
(Autoform Software) as part of our standard
design & engineering process.
