Welcome to ETS - Engineered Tooling Systems, Inc.
We operate within a 25,000 sq. ft. facility
and employee approximately (50) associates.
We are located on the NW end of Grand Rapids,
MI.
ETS is a TSG start up company that opened doors
in April of 1996.
We are focused on the building and repair of
medium to large progressive, transfer, and line
dies.
We have (3) tryout presses ranging in size
up to 800 tons (72" x 156" bed with
a 48" wide coil feeder).
ETS runs a lean tooling manufacturing facility
with focus on standardized work and waste elimination.
We design our tools in full 3D solids with
CATIA V5 or Unigraphics software.
Virtually every part is run through draw simulation
(Autoform Software) as part of our standard
design & engineering process.
